Field reports have been received that the E2112(3) Low Coolant Pressure triggers on the machines listed above. The event happens when the machine operates on a slope. The event may require the operator to shut down the machine.Solution
Caterpillar is aware of this problem, and is recommending the following interim corrective action.Follow the normal troubleshooting guide. Inspect shunt tank cap and pressure sensor for proper function.If all components are working according to specifications and still seeing the E2112, contact the Dealer Solution Network (DSN) for further instructions.
