1 1 361-9354 Fuel Injection Valve Assembly Use the following procedure to tighten the valve assembly :
1. Before assembly, lubricate the bore and the threads with "Vactra No.2 MSDS 5380".
2. Torque to 35 N m (26 lb ft).
3. Turn to reach the final turn angle of 23 1 degrees.
4. Again, tighten the valve to 195 to 325 N m (144 to 240 lb ft).
2 1 240-0437 Seal Before assembly, lubricate the bore and the threads with "Vactra No.2 MSDS 5380".
3 1 526-7896 Unit Injector Nozzle Use the following procedure to tighten the injector nozzle:
1. Torque to 30 N m (266 lb in).
2. Turn to reach the final turn angle of 58 2 degrees.
3. Again, tighten to 180 340 N m (133 251 lb ft).
C - - Timing dimension is 64.34 0.20 mm (2.533 0.008 inch).
