Install bolts (23) and bracket (24) on the frame.
Install shank (21) through bracket (24) and install bolt (23) through shank (21) .
Install bracket (19) onto bolts (23) .
Install the washers and nuts (22) .
Install bolt (20), the washer, and nut (18) .
Tighten the nuts for all of the bolts.

Hitch (trailing behind)
Refer to Illustration 17 in order to install the hitch (trailing behind). Attach hitch (20) to the center section.
Attach the hitch (trailing behind) to support (19) that is anchored on the main frame.
Install wiring harness (18) and the associated hardware.Installation of the Harrow
This section provides general procedures for the installation of harrows that are available from your Caterpillar dealer.You must know the following information to successfully install a harrow:
Model of the implement
Size of the implement
Spacing of the shanks
Type of harrowReference: If necessary, refer to the Parts Manual in order to determine the fasteners that are used.Two types of harrows can be installed on the TL5 Series Field Cultivators:

The Illustrations that accompany the Special Instruction provide the following information:Reference:
Spacing of individual bars for the harrow
Spacing of the hangers for the harrow
Offset of each bar for the harrowDetermine the Illustration that represents the harrow that is being assembled.
Position the row of bars that follow directly behind the implement.
Position the harrows in order to provide 190.50 mm (7.5 inch) between the sections.
Use the position of the bars in order to locate the hangers that are being installed on the implement.

Use the Illustrations to determine the mounting locations for hangers (2). The hangers should be positioned in order to avoid hinge (1), shanks (5), and frame members (6) .
Install the hangers. Use U-bolts (3) and nuts (4) to attach the hangers to the frame of the implement. Tighten the U-bolts evenly.

Assemble the row of bars that had been positioned behind the implement.Reference: Refer to Illustration 19 through 22 for the correct assembly of the harrow.
