Inspect the harness for damaged wiring
Inspect for secure connections at all ends of the harnessTo replace the NOx sensor, follow the steps listed below:
Disconnect harness assembly and disconnect sensor cabling.
Use 468-8116 Slotted Socket (22mm) to loosen the sensor.
Remove NOx sensor probe.

Install inlet NOx sensor probe. Take precautions to prevent damaging the ceramic sensor element (4) when installing.
Ensure that the sensor is securely mounted.
Connect harness assembly and cabling.
Install cover plate assemblies and bolts. Refer to Specifications, SENR3130, "Torque Specifications" for the proper torque.
