When these components are removed, the components are damaged or destroyed.
Inspect bearings (1) on each side of the track roller frame for wear and for damage. Remove bearings (1) from the track roller frame, if necessary.

Install Tooling (A) to the track roller frame. Use a suitable lifting device in order to position the track roller frame on suitable blocking. The weight of the track roller frame is approximately 4527 kg (9980 lb). Remove Tooling (A).
Mark the track idlers, the caps, and the shims, so that the components are assembled in the original locations.
Remove the idlers.

Mark the track rollers, the caps, and the track roller frame, so that the single flange rollers and the double flange rollers are installed in the original locations.
Use a suitable lifting device in order to support track roller (4). Note: The weight of the single flange track roller is approximately 88 kg (195 lb). The weight of the double flange track roller is approximately 98 kg (215 lb).
Remove bolts (2) and caps (3). Remove track roller (4) from the minor bogie.
Repeat Steps 6 through 8 for all of the track rollers.

Remove bolts (6) and track guides (5) from the major bogies.

Use a suitable drill in order to remove plug (7) and rubber stopper (9) from each end of cartridge pin (8).

Install Tooling (B) on the major bogie. Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (B). Remove cartridge pin (8) (not shown).
Remove minor bogie (10) from the major bogie.
Repeat Steps 11 through 13 for the remainder of the minor bogies.

Install Tooling (C) between the track roller frame and major bogie (10) in order to hold the components in place during the removal of the cartridge pins.

Use Tooling (D) to remove retaining ring (11) from each side of the track roller frame.

Install Tooling (E) to plate (12). Remove plate (12) from each side of the track roller frame.

Use a suitable drill in order to remove plug (13) and rubber stopper (15) from each end of cartridge pin (14). Remove plugs (16) from each side of the track roller frame.

Attach a suitable lifting device to major bogie (17). The weight of major bogie (17) is approximately 190 kg (420 lb).
Install Tooling (B) on cartridge pin (14) (not shown). Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (B). Remove the cartridge pin (14) (not shown). Remove major bogie (17).
Repeat Steps 15 through 20 for the remainder of the major bogies.

Remove bolts (18) and pad assemblies (19) from the track roller frame and from the major bogies.
Remove the front track roller frame from the rear track roller frame.
Remove the track adjuster.
Remove the recoil spring.
