Install bracket assembly (1) using bolts and washers on the radiator.
Install mounting bracket assembly (2), hose clamp (5) and clip (6) with bolts (3) and washers (4).
Install clip (7) and ether starting valve group (9) with bolts (3) and washers (4).
Install fitting (8) onto ether starting valve group (9).

Install ether cylinder assembly (10).

Install ether hose assembly (12) with flared union (19).
Secure hose assembly (12) with clips (11), (15), cable strap (13), mount (14), nut (16), washer (17), and bolt (18).
Install reducer bushing (21) with atomizer assembly (19) and elbow (22) on the intake elbow.

Install hose assemblies (23) with cable straps (13) and mounts (14).Software Configuration

Inorder to insure proper communication between the engine and transmission, the software configuration must be changed from 777B or 777C to 777D using Cat ET. Factory passwords will be required for this configuration change. Factory passwords can be obtained through DSN.Repower Machine Cycle Times
Record the cycle times for the repower machine. Refer to the Service Manual for your particular machine in order to record cycle times.Repower Machine Stall Speed
Do not leave the converter in a stall condition for a prolonged time. Only stall the engine to record engine speed and boost pressure. Observe the temperatures of the torque converter oil and cooling system. Do not allow the components to overheat.
Record the stall speed for the repower machine. Refer to SIS for Special Instruction, SEHS7050, "Techniques for loading engines". Refer to the Service Manual for your particular machine in order to record the stall speed.
