Remove the bolts and cover (1) from the final drive. Remove the O-ring seal from the cover.

Install Tooling (A) on outer axle (2) and remove the outer axle.
Install Tooling (A) on the inner axle and remove the inner axle from the machine.Installation Procedure

Align the splines on the inner axle with the splines in the bevel gear and install the inner axle with Tooling (A) .
Install outer axle (2) with Tooling (A) .

Install the O-ring seal in cover (1). Put cover (1) in position on the final drive carrier and install the bolts that hold the final drive carrier.
Fill the final drive with oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities and Refill Capacities" for all fluid capacities and the proper filling procedures.
