A 194-3536 T40 Torx Socket 1 Start By:
Remove the engine oil pan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Oil Pan - Remove" for the correct procedure.
Remove the flywheel housing. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Flywheel Housing - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance, testing, adjusting and repair of the product. Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.

Support isolating frame (3). Use Tooling (A) to remove Torx screws (2) and Torx screws (4).
Remove isolating frame (3) from the cylinder block.
Remove gasket (1). Installation Procedure

Ensure that the gasket surface of the cylinder block is clean and free from damage.
Install Tooling (B) to Positions (X) in the cylinder block.
Ensure that the isolating frame is clean and free from damage. If necessary, replace the isolating frame.

Position a new gasket (1) onto isolating frame (3).
Align isolating frame (3) with Tooling (B). Install the isolating frame to the cylinder block.
Use Tooling (A) to install Torx screws (2) and Torx screws (4) to the isolating frame finger tight.
Tighten Torx screws (2) and Torx screws (4) to a torque of 20 N m (177 lb in). End By:
Install the engine oil pan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Oil Pan - Remove" for the correct procedure.
Install the flywheel housing. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Flywheel Housing - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
