Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the steering piston pump.
Remove the hoist and rear brake cooling gear pump.
Remove the transmission gear pump.
The space between the body and the frame becomes a zero clearance area when the body is lowered. Failure to install the retaining cable can result in injury or death to personnel working in this area.
Personal injury can result from hot oil or hot components.At operating temperature, oil is hot and under pressure. Hot oil can cause burns.Remove the fill cap only when the engine is stopped, and the fill cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin.

Remove bolts (1). Secure pump drive shaft (2) out of the way.

Disconnect hose assemblies (3).

Disconnect hose assembly (4).

Attach a suitable lifting device onto pump drive (6). The weight of pump drive (6) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb).
Remove bolts (7). Remove pump drive (6). Installation Procedure
Install pump drive (6) in the reverse order of removal.
