When submitting claim for Parts Stock Action, Use the appropriate 99Z as the s/n, the appropriate Service Letter Program Number as the Part number in the Part Causing Failure field, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Description Code.

PROBLEM
Certain 20R-3450 Reman Engines may have a missing damper.
ACTION REQUIRED
Rework the following engines in dealer parts stock:
20R-3450 Reman 3516B Engines built MSK00468-00470, MSK00472, and MSK00474.
Install a 7W-3193 Damper, 5M-2894 Washers and 3B-1915 Bolts. Tighten the bolts to 55 +/- 7 Nm.
SERVICE CLAIM ALLOWANCES
Submit one claim for all engines that are reworked in dealer parts stock. One hour is allowed to install the damper for each engine in dealer parts stock. A quantity of one 7W-3193 Damper, 18 5M-2894 Washers, and 18 3B-1915 Bolts are allowed for each engine reworked in dealer parts stock.

Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
