PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
Park the machine. Gain access to the fuel water separator.
Remove the fuel water separator from the bracket. Remove the existing mounts and inspect for damage. Remove the switch from the bracket.
Drill two 9.5 mm(0.375 in) holes in the filter bracket for the new 358-5427 Bracket (fuel water separator switch). The holes need to be 50 mm (2 in) apart, at least 38 mm (1.5 in) down from the bend in the filter bracket, and 25 mm from the right edge of the bracket. Refer to Image 1.3.1.

Mount the old switch to the 358-5427 Bracket using the old switch hardware and the 305-3684 Fuel Pump Plate.
Mount the 358-5427 Bracket to the filter bracket using the 155-0576 Mounts, 8T-9658 Spacers, 8T-0276 Bolts, 7X-0579 Washers, and 5C-7261 Nuts.
Mount the fuel water separator using the 300-6714 Mounts, spacers, bolts, and washers. Refer to Image 1.6.1 for details. The top mount uses 8T-6869 Bolt (F), 7X-0579 Washer (C), two 300-6714 Mounts (D), 191-1782 Spacer (E). The bottom mounts uses 7X-2539 Bolt (B), 7X-0579 Washer (C), two 300-6714 Mounts (D), and 191-1783 Spacer (A).

Check the operation of the fuel priming pump. Install any panels removed.
