Removal Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Disconnect the negative battery terminal at the battery.

Remove bolts (1) and position plate (2) out of the way.
Loosen allen head screw (3). Remove nut (4). Disconnect harness assembly (5) from engine control module (6).
Remove studs (7), nuts (8), the washers, and the isolation mounts.
Remove engine control module (6).
Remove bolts (9) and bracket (10). Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Install engine control module (6) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten allen head screw (3) to a torque of 7 2 N m (62 18 lb in).
