Position a suitable lift truck to support tire and rim assembly (2). Attach a suitable lifting sling, suitable blocking, and Tooling (B) around tire and rim assembly (2). Secure tire and rim assembly (2) to the suitable lift truck with Tooling (B). Install tire and rim assembly (2). The weight of tire and rim assembly (2) is approximately 839 kg (1850 lb).
Apply Tooling (C) to the threading on nuts (1) and the face of the washers. Install the washers and nuts (1). Tighten nuts (1) to a torque of 1700 200 N m (1254 148 lb ft). Remove Tooling (B) and the suitable sling.
Reposition valve stem (5). Install valve stem extension (3). Install plate (4).

Lower the machine by using Tooling (A). Remove Tooling (A). Refer to Tool Operating Manual, NEHS1303, "Lift Group (Stand - 25 Ton)" for more information on Tooling (A).End By:
