The service brake pedal provides three braking functions:
Torque reduction without engine speed decrease
Retarding torque modulation
Braking using service brakes with Neutralization of the Transmission Note: The neutralization cannot be disabled by the operator or set to different modes. The left pedal is used for neutralization of the transmission. At near-zero ground speeds and when service brakes are applied, the transmission will neutralize smoothly to reduce wear on the service brakes, axles, and components of the power train. Use the brake pedal for most conditions when adequate traction is available. The operator can use right pedal to keep engine speed high and control machine speed by modulating left pedal.Note: If Right Pedal Lock is enabled, the left pedal will not cancel the setting unless the pedal is depressed beyond 95% and held.
