(23) Blade control leverBlade control lever (23) controls the following four positions of blade (22) : RAISE, LOWER, NEUTRAL and FLOAT. Leveling work is accomplished by using the mass (weight and size) of blade (22) in the FLOAT position.When blade control lever (23) is placed in the NEUTRAL position, oil to blade cylinder (1) is blocked. In this position, blade (22) can be used as a stabilizer.Blade RAISE
During a BLADE RAISE operation, the oil delivery from main pump (18) flows through line (17) to parallel feeder passage (4) in main control valve (2). Oil flows to blade control valve (10) .Main pump (18) supplies oil to pilot manifold (19). Pilot manifold (19) supplies oil to pilot control valve (14) through line (13). When the joystick for blade (22) is moved to the full BLADE RAISE position, the pilot oil flows from pilot control valve (14) through pilot line (12). The pilot oil flows to blade control valve (10) .The pilot oil flow shifts blade control valve (10) for BLADE RAISE operation. The oil delivery from main pump (18) in parallel feeder passage (4) flows through passage (7) and through blade control valve (10). The oil delivery from main pump (18) then flows through line (9) to the rod end of blade
