Defect in Core of Engine Oil Cooler
Inspect each engine oil cooler. Repair any faulty oil cooler or replace any faulty oil cooler, as required.Failure of the Cylinder Head Gasket
Check the cylinder head gasket. Start the engine and remove the radiator cap. Look for air bubbles in the coolant. Air bubbles are an indication of a faulty cylinder head gasket. Remove the cylinder head and inspect the cylinder head for cracks. Look for cracks in the cylinder walls. Also inspect the head gasket surface of the cylinder block for cracks. Replace the cylinder head gasket before reassembly. Refer to the Specifications module for the proper bolt tightening sequence.
