Apply Tooling (B) to the splines of drive hub (27). Use Tooling (A) to install coupling (26) onto drive hub (27). The weight of coupling (26) is approximately 163 kg (360 lb). The weight of drive hub (27) is approximately 39 kg (86 lb).
Install bolts (25).

Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to install coupler assembly (24). The weight of coupler assembly (24) is approximately 202 kg (445 lb).

Install O-ring seal (23).

Apply Tooling (D) to the threads of bolt (21).
Install retainer (22). Install bolt (21). Tighten bolt (21) to a torque of 520 70 N m (384 52 lb ft)

Lubricate spacer (20) with Tooling (B) and install spacer (20).

Use Tooling (G) to install seal (15) to yoke (14).
Install yoke (14). The weight of yoke (14) is approximately 45 kg (99 lb).

Lubricate O-ring seal (13) with Tooling (B) and install O-ring seal (13).

Install plate (11).
Apply Tooling (D) to the threads of bolt (12).
Install bolt (12). Apply counter torque to prevent the shaft from rotating, and tighten bolt (12) to a torque of 520 70 N m (384 57 lb ft).
Tighten yoke side retainer bolts (16) to a final torque of standard torque.Note: A gap will remain between bearing retainer (18) and the adapter housing (8) after retainer bolts (16) have been torqued. This is needed for proper bearing setting.
