The optional 1U9482 ICM Test Cable for the 9U7500 Transmission Analyzer II was assembled incorrectly by the manufacturer. Because of this assembly error, new cables are being made.
Action Required
Remove 1U9482 Cables from Parts Stock. The misassembled cable can be identified by the label which reads "1U9482". The new cable has a label which reads "1U9482 Trans. Analyzer II ICM Test Cable".
Service Claim Allowances
Submit one claim for all 1U9482 Cables removed from Parts Stock.
US and Canadian Dealers Only - When submitting a Parts Stock claim use 99Z00025 in the Product Identification Number Field.
Parts Disposition
U.S. and Canadian Dealers
Return all 1U9482 Cables that are removed from Parts Stock and a copy of the claim to:
