SHAFT 5350933 - Caterpillar

1. Remove four screws (1) that hold cover assembly (2) in position. 2. Tilt the cover assembly to the left side of the machine and disconnect wires (3).3. Pull wires (3) through clip (4) and remove the cover assembly. 4. Remove bolts (5) and cover (6). 5. Remove spring (7).6. Remove cotter key, washer and rod (8). 7. Remove bolts (10) and lever assembly (9). 8. Remove keys, washers, two pins (11) and plate (12).9. Remove key, washer, pin (15) and lever (13). 10. Remove nut and bolt (17) that hold rod (18) to the lever.11. Remove bolt (16) and the plate.12. Loosen bolt (19). Remove lever (20) and the key.13. Remove lever (14) and the washer.Install Parking Brake Lock
1. Put washer (1) and lever (2) in position.2. Install the key in lever (2). 3. Put lever (6) in position on lever (2) and tighten bolt (5) that holds it.4. Install plate (4) and bolt (3).5. Connect rod (7) to lever (6). 6. Put lever (10) in position. Install the pin, cotter pin and washer that hold the lever.7. Put plate (8) and pins (9) in position. Install the washers and cotter pins that hold them. 8. Put lever (11) in position and install the washers and bolts (15) that hold it.9. Put rod (14) in position and install washer and cotter pin (12) that hold it.10. Install spring (13). 11. Install cover (16). 12. Put wires (17) through clip (18).13. Connect wires (17). 14. Put guide (19) in position and install the four screws that hold it.
