Use two people to position cage assembly (145) onto Tooling (B). The weight of cage assembly (145) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).

Position retainer plate (144) onto cage assembly (145). Lower the temperature of bearing (143). Install bearing (143) onto cage assembly (145). Use Tooling (E) to install retaining ring (142) .

Position clutch hub (141). Install bolts (140).

Position dowels (136) and install springs (137). Install clutch plates (138) and discs (139). Install ring seals (133) and (135) into clutch piston (134) .

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device in order to install clutch housing (131). The weight of clutch housing (131) is approximately 60 kg (132 lb).
Install bolts (132) .
