Personal injury could be the result if air line (1) is disconnected when there is air pressure in the air system. To prevent personal injury, open the bleed valves on the air tanks to release all the air pressure in the air system.
1. Disconnect air lines (1) and (2) from the differential lock quick release valve. 2. Remove the two bolts that hold the differential lock quick release valve in place. Remove differential lock quick release valve (3).Install Differential Lock Quick Release Valve
1. Put differential lock quick release valve (1) in position on the machine. Install the two bolts that hold it in place. 2. Connect air lines (2) and (3) to the differential lock quick release valve.Disassemble & Assemble Differential Lock Quick Release Valve
Start By:a. remove differential lock quick release valve1. Remove four screws (1) and cover (2).2. Remove diaphragm (3) and seal (4). 3. Install seal (4) and diaphragm (3).4. Install cover (2) and four screws (1) that hold it in place.End By:a. install differential lock quick release valve
