18     1     6V-9839     Swivel Tee    Use the following procedure in order to upgrade earlier machines to the new configuration.
Refer to the removal procedure that is listed above. Remove the former 250-8482 Gear Pump Gp .

Refer to the installation procedure that is listed above. Install the new 295-5764 Gear Pump Gp (1). Discard the former 7E-9898 Connector .
Install one new 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (2) to the 9/16 - 18 threads on the 6V-8636 Connector (3). Install the connector into the 9/16 - 18 case drain port that is in the 295-5764 Gear Pump Gp .
Install one new 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (4) on the 6V-9850 Elbow (16). Connect the elbow to the 6V-8636 Connector (3) .

Install two new 6V-9746 O-Ring Seals (17) to the 6V-9839 Swivel Tee (18). Install the swivel tee behind the tee for the return lines from the case drain for the gear pump group and the return line for the fan.
Remove old 1Q-5317 Hose As .
Replace the old 1Q-5317 Hose As with a new 1Q-5317 Hose As. Remove an additional 75 mm (2.9 inch) from the end of the new 1Q-5317 Hose As (19) .
Install one 124-2121 Coupling (6) to the end of the new hose. Connect the 124-2121 Coupling to the 6V-9839 Swivel Tee (18). By using the 6V-8556 Nut (7), the 6V-8941 Reducer (8) and one new 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (4), connect the 125-0327 Hose As (10) to the 6V-9839 Swivel Tee (18) .

By using the 8T-4137 Bolt (11), the 8T-4121 Hard Washer (12) and the 8T-4133 Nut (13), attach the 067-2551 Clip (14) and the 6V-1889 Clip (15) to the case drain line for the gear pump group. Place the clips to the right side of the current clips. Place the clips close to the current clips.
