For D6T Machines: Connect the 420-3532 Tube As and 418-4008 Tube As using a 300-5883 Hose and two 144-9973 Clamps .Connect the 420-3531 Tube As and the 300-5883 Hose using two 144-9973 Clamps .For D7E Machines: Connect the 420-3535 Tube As and 418-4008 Tube As using a 300-5883 Hose and two 144-9973 Clamps .Connect the 420-3534 Tube As and the 300-5883 Hose using two 144-9973 Clamps .

(C) 5 degrees (D) 22 degrees (25) 030-7942 Elbows (26) 418-4004 Manifold (27) 294-6118 Pressure Sensor
Install two elbows (25) into manifold (26) using a 214-7568 O-Ring Seal on each elbow. Assemble the fitting on the left at approximately 5 degrees downward rotation and the right fitting at approximately 22 degrees downward rotation. Install pressure sensor (27) onto the manifold using the following parts: 6V-4365 O-Ring Seals , 296-4285 Screws and 424-1200 Bracket .

(24) 418-3997 Plate As (28) Manifold assembly (29) Low-pressure delta sensor line
Install the manifold assembly onto bracket (24) using two 7X-2535 Bolts and two 344-1200 Hard Washers . Connect low-pressure line to the elbow fitting on the right-hand side of the manifold assembly.

(E) 6 degrees (30) 420-3530 Flared Adapter
Install adapter (30) into the DPF inlet. Install the fitting so that the fitting has approximately 6 degrees of upward rotation from a parallel plane.

Assemble the absolute pressure sensor manifold using the following parts: one 330-6719 Pressure Sensor Gp with a 228-7100 O-Ring Seal , one 420-3514 Manifold and one 5P-1046 Connector with a 214-7568 O-Ring Seal . Install the manifold onto bracket (24) using two 344-1208 Bolts and two 344-1200 Hard Washers

(32) High-pressure sensor lines
Connect the high-pressure lines groups assembled in Step 9 to the two sensor manifolds and adapter (30) .
Route the wiring harness into position.
Reinsert the DPF inlet temperature sensor into the DPF inlet section.
Install the 419-4910 Clean Emissions Module Harness As which connects the ARD secondary air pressure sensor connector on the main CEM wiring to the new ARD secondary air pressure sensor located on the ARD air valve elbow
Install the 392-8714 Clean Emissions Module Harness As which connects the DPF intake pressure sensor connector on the main CEM wiring harness to the new DPF intake pressure sensor mounted at the top left corner of the CEM bracket.Bundle any excess wire looms and secure the looms with 7K-1181 Cable Straps .

(33) 420-4928 Shield As
Install shield assembly (33) on D6T machines using five 8T-5093 Locking Bolts , five 5P-4116 Hard Washers , and five 7X-0579 Hard Washers
Reinstall air pipe removed in 2 of the ""Removal Procedure"" on D6T Machines.
Reinstall any sheet metal removed from the machine.
Start and warm up the engine. Once the engine has reached operating temperature, initiate an ARD ignition test with Caterpillar Electronic Technician (Cat ET) to verify system performance.
