A     138-7574     Link Bracket     2    Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, clean all parts thoroughly in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Attach Tooling (A) to circle drive (3) . Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (A) . The weight of circle drive (3) is approximately 272 kg (600 lb).
Slide circle drive (3) toward the rear of the machine in order to engage the pinion gear with gear segment (5) .
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Circle Clearances - Check/Adjust" in order to set the circle clearances.
Tighten bolts (4) .

Install plug (1) .
Connect hose assembly (2) .
Install the gerotor motor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gerotor Motor (Circle Drive) - Install".
Fill the circle drive (3) with of final drive and axle oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities" for the correct gear oil.
