View from rear of machine (optional hydraulic fan motor) (5) Gear motor (hydraulic fan) (6) Temperature sensorOil from the gear motor (hydraulic fan) (5) enters the cooler system at hose (4). Oil flows from hose (2) through the return filter and into the hydraulic tank. Bypass valve (3) will open when the oil flow becomes too restrictive. Bypass valve (3) will direct oil around the cooler to hose (2) .Temperature sensor (6) sends a voltage signal to the engine Electronic Control Module (ECM). The engine ECM calculates the oil temperature by comparing the voltage signal to a predetermined set of values.
