Disconnect harness assembly (20) .

Loosen bolts (21) and bolts (23). Remove bolts (22) and bolts (26). Remove bolts (21) and bolts (23). Remove bracket (24) and bracket (27). Remove wiper motor (25) .Installation Procedure

Install wiper motor (25). Install bracket (27) and bracket (24). Install bolts (26) and bolts (22). Tighten bolts (21) and bolts (23). Tighten bolts (26) and bolts (22) to a torque of 6 1 N m (53 9 lb in).

Connect harness assembly (20) .

Install headliner (19) .

Install screws (18) .

Install screws (17). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Position fan assembly (15). Connect harness assembly (14). Install plate (13). Install bolts (12) .

Install mirror (11). Install bolts (10) .

Install speaker (9). Connect harness assembly (8). Install screws (7). Repeat this step for the remaining speaker.

Install nuts (6). Tighten nuts (6) to a torque of 57.5 2.5 N m (42 2 lb ft).

Install caps (5) .

Install window wipers (4). Connect hose (3). Install nut (2). Tighten nut (2) to a torque of 23 1 N m (17 1 lb ft). After approximately thirty minutes, torque nut (2) to 23 1 N m (17 1 lb ft). Install nut (1). Tighten nut (1) to a torque of 40 5 N m (30 4 lb ft). After approximately thirty minutes, torque nut (2) to 40 5 N m (30 4 lb ft).Note: To inspect the torque, the torque of nut (2) must be 12 N m (106 lb in) minimum.Note: To inspect the torque, the torque of nut (1) must be 20 N m (177 lb in) minimum.
