At operating temperature, the hydraulic tank is hot and under pressure.Hot oil and components can cause personal injury. Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin.Remove the filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand. Remove the filler cap slowly in order to relieve pressure.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "System Pressure Release".
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Use of Wheel Chocks".
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hoist, Torque Converter and Brake Tank Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedure.

Remove tube assembly (1).

Disconnect hose assembly (2). Remove tube assembly (3) and bracket (4).

Disconnect hose assemblies (5).

Attach a suitable lifting device onto gear pump assembly (6). The weight of gear pump assembly (6) is approximately 59 kg (130 lb). Remove bolts (7). Remove gear pump assembly (6).

Remove gasket (8). Installation Procedure
Install gear pump assembly (6) in the reverse order of removal.
Install a new gasket (8).
