Installation Procedure

Check O-ring (8). If necessary, replace the O-ring. Install the charge pump on steering pump (7). Install two bolts and washers (6) on charge pump (3) .

Connect hose assembly (2) and tube assembly (1) to charge pump (3). Install four bolts and washers (4) on main sump tube (5) .Note: Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities and Refill Capacities" for the proper filling procedure and the proper levels for the hydraulic system and the cooling system.End By: Install the covers. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly Manual, "Covers - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
