Information:

Removal Procedure
Disconnect the battery cables from the battery. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery or Battery Cables - Disconnect".
Remove the drive belt. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Replace".
Remove the alternator and the refrigerant compressor.

Attach a suitable lifting device to fan drive mounting group (1). The weight of fan drive mounting group (1) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb). Remove bolts (2) and (3). Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove the fan drive mounting group. Installation Procedure
Install the fan drive mounting group in the reverse order.
Install both bolts (2) and (3) finger tight. Torque bolts (2) to a torque of 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft). Then torque bolts (3) to a torque of 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).
