On a machine with a clamshell, the function of the implement joystick is different from the function on a machine with a bucket. Positions (3) and (1) are different from the bucket controls. The other positions on the implement joystick are identical to the bucket controls.Clamshell Open (3) - Move the joystick to this position in order to open the clamshell.Clamshell Close (1) - Move the joystick to this position in order to close the clamshell.Hold (2) - When you release the joystick from any position, the joystick will return to the HOLD position.Note: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Joystick Controls" for an explanation of the other joystick controls.Clamshell Rotator Control

Push the left switch on the left joystick in order to rotate the clamshell counterclockwise.
