Assemble one O-Ring seal (15), and one O-Ring seal (16) to elbow (17). Assemble the elbow to tube assembly (6) as shown. Assemble cap assembly (18) to the elbow as shown.
Assemble one O-Ring seal (15), and one O-Ring seal (19) to elbow (20). Assemble the elbow to tube assembly (6) as shown. Assemble hose assembly (M) that was moved out of the way earlier to the elbow.
Refill the cooling system. For the correct procedure, refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for your machine.Parts Removal for Machines with Extra Cooling and the Cold Weather Starting Arrangement
Drain the radiator. For the correct procedure, refer Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for your machine.

Remove four clamps (A), and hose (B). Discard the parts.
Remove four clamps (R), and hose (P). Discard the parts.
Remove eight clamps (S), and two hoses (C). Discard the parts.
Remove hose assembly (L) from elbow (D). Pull the hose assembly back, and away from the elbow. Remove the elbow and O-Ring seal (E), and O-Ring seal (F). Discard the elbow and two O-Ring seals.
Remove cap assembly (G), elbow (H), O-Ring seal (J), and O-Ring seal (K). Discard the parts.
Remove the four clamps (M), and hose (N). Discard the parts.

Remove the eight bolts (V), eight washers (W), four flanges (X), and two O-Ring seals (Y). Discard the parts.
Remove tube assembly (T), and tube assembly (U). Discard the two tube assemblies.

Remove the four bolts, and washers (Z), four bolts, and washers (AA), bolt, and washer (AC), and the two bolts and washers (AD). Save the parts.
Remove bracket assembly (AB) from the machine. Slide the bracket in the direction of the arrow toward the right side of the machine. Discard the bracket.Installation Procedure for Machines with Extra Cooling and the Cold Weather Starting Arrangement

Assemble bracket assembly (21) to the machine. Slide the bracket in the direction of the arrow toward the center of the machine.
Use the four bolts, and washers (Z), four bolts, and washers (AA), bolt, and washer (AC), and the two bolts and washers (AD) that were saved earlier to assemble bracket assembly (21) to the machine

Assemble one O-Ring seal (1) onto both ports on the bottom of the radiator.

Use eight bolts (2), eight hard washers (3), and four flanges (4) to assemble tube assembly (5) and tube assembly (6) to the bottom of the radiator.Note: Snug the bolts but do not fully tighten the bolts. This light tightening will allow movement for the adjustment of both tube assemblies.

Use eight clamps (7) to assemble two hoses (8) in the positions shown.Note: Install all the hoses and clamps. Adjust and align the tube assemblies into the proper positions. Tighten the eight flange bolts (2). Then, tighten all the clamps. Make sure that the clamps are rotated 180 degrees off each other.
Use eight clamps (9) to assemble two hoses (10) in the positions shown.
