Blue rotary switch on switch panelTo adjust the time between operations, turn the blue rotary switch on the switch panel. The switch positions and periods of time are listed in Table 3.

Indicator lamps and push buttons on left hand console (1) Yellow for low grease level (2) Red for plugged grease line (3) The push button displays a green light during additional greasing. Grease Lubrication - Indicator lamp (1) displays a yellow light when the grease level is low.
Obstruction in Grease Line - Indicator lamp (2) displays a red light when there is an obstruction in the grease lines. A warning buzzer will also be activated. Depressing push button (2) switches the light OFF. If the problem is not solved, the light will again switch ON.
Low Grease Level - The operator depresses push button (3) in order to provide additional greasing. Additional grease can be added at any time. The indicator lamp for the push button will switch ON, and the pump will operate for the preset amount of time. After the operation is completed, the timer will begin counting the interval for the next automatic lubrication cycle. While the cycle is being completed, push button (3) displays a green light. When the cycle is completed, the light will switch OFF. Push button (3) may also be used to test the operation of the lubrication pump.
Alarm - A warning buzzer is activated when there is an obstruction in the grease lines. Push button (4) is used to cancel the warning buzzer.

Push button for adding greaseA second push button for adding grease is located on the switch panel of the lubrication pump. This push button will activate the pump for the preset amount of time. When the lubricating cycle is complete, the timer will begin counting the preset interval for the next automatic lubrication.Operation of the Automatic Lubrication System
When the engine is started, the automatic lubrication system starts automatically. The system operates in the following manner:
At the preset time, the timer switch turns "ON" in order to start the lubricating pump. The indicator for the manual push button displays a green color.
Grease flows out of the valve outlets.
When the preset lubricating time has passed, the pump stops. The indicator lamp for the manual push button is deactivated.
