Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Use Tooling (A) to clean the seat of prechamber assembly (2) .
Thoroughly clean the gasket sealing surfaces. Use new gaskets when you install prechamber assembly (2) and body assembly (3) .
Install O-ring seals (6) and gasket (7) on the prechamber group. Apply a light coat of Tooling (B) to the outside of O-ring seals (6) .
Place the prechamber group into the bore in the cylinder head.
Use bolts (1) to pull the prechamber group into the bore.
Tighten the bolts evenly to a torque of 30 5 N m (22 4 lb ft). Tighten each bolt by an additional 30 degrees. Tighten each bolt again by an additional 30 degrees. Tighten each bolt again by an additional 60 degrees. The total torque should be 30 5 N m (22 4 lb ft) with an additional 120 degrees.
Install the seals and check valve (8) . Tighten check valve (8) to a torque of 115 15 N m (84.81940 11 lb ft).
Install O-ring seal (5) and plug (4) . Tighten plug (4) to a torque of 15 5 N m (11 4 lb ft).
Install the spark plug. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Spark Plugs - Remove and Install".
Install the pushrod for the gas admission valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gas Admission Valve - Install".
Check the valve lash for the gas admission valve.End By: Install the valve cover. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Valve Cover - Install".
