Use a suitable lifting device to install fuel tank (9). The weight of fuel tank (9) is approximately 1260 kg (2778 lb).

Measure Dimension (X) on the fuel tank.
Install cap (11) and bolts (10). Measure Dimension (Y) on the frame.
Subtract Dimension (X) from Dimension (Y) in order to obtain the thickness of shims (12). Use shims (12) to obtain a gap of 0.00 - 0.12 mm (0.000 - 0.005 inch) between Dimension (X) and Dimension (Y).
