Bottom view from rear end
Use two people to remove bottom guard (2). The weight of bottom guard (2) is approximately 26 kg (57 lb). Remove bolts (1) and bottom guard (2).

Use Tooling (A) to remove counterweight concrete block (4). The weight of counterweight concrete block (4) is approximately 136 kg (300 lb). Remove bolts (3), bolts (5), and counterweight concrete block (4).Note: The actual weight of counterweight concrete block (4) may vary due to specific machine configuration.
Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for the removal of counterweight concrete block (4) from the opposite side.

Remove tail light assembly (6). Disconnect harness assembly (7) and remove tail light assembly (6) from the counterweight.

Install Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to counterweight (8). The weight of counterweight (8) is approximately 2385 kg (5258 lb).Note: The actual weight of the counterweight may vary due to specific machine configuration.
Remove bolts (9) and lower counterweight (8) to the ground.Installation Procedure
Install counterweight (8) in the reverse order of removal.
