REMANUFACTURED CRANKSHAFT PRODUCT ADDITIONS ProductCaterpillar announces the addition of three upgrade-to-new (standard journal sizes) Reman crankshaft assemblies.
0R9739 is the 3512B high displacement engine crankshaft assembly.
0R9740 is the 12-cylinder high displacement crank assembly that couples with 0R9739 to make the 3524 engine crankshaft for the 797 off-highway truck.
0R9907 is the model year 2000 C-12 on-highway truck engine crankshaft assembly that includes 155-6642 crank drive gear.

Upgrade-to-new crankshafts are assembled complete including the crankshaft, drive gear, counterweights, plugs and dowels as appropriate.
The 0R9907 crank has a 155-6642 gear. This gear has a single tooth removed for sensor reading and thereby eliminates the need for a separate timing wheel.
