Installation Procedure
Note: Inspect the O-ring seals. Replace any O-ring seals that are worn or damaged.Note: When the O-ring seals are installed, lubricate the O-ring seals with the fluid that is being sealed.

Use a suitable lifting device and a hoist in order to support the weight of gear pump (1). The gear pump weighs approximately 72 kg (158.7 lb).
Install O-ring seal (24) and gear pump (1). Install the two washers and two nuts (23) .
Install bracket (22), the two washers, and two bolts (25) .
Install the four washers, two nuts (21), and two bolts (20) .

Install O-ring seal (15), block (14), and four bolts (13) .
Install O-ring seal (12), elbow (11), and O-ring seal (10). Connect hose assembly (9) .
Install O-ring seal (17). Connect hose assembly (8). Install two bolts (16) .
Repeat Step 7 for remaining hose assemblies (18) and (19) .

Position hose assembly (4). Install O-ring seal (7), split flange (6), the four washers, and four bolts (5) .
Repeat Step 9 for remaining hose assemblies (2) and (3) .End By: Disconnect the retaining cable. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Truck Body Retaining Cable - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
