1. Put the console and operator's seat in the straight ahead position. Location finger (1) must be placed in middle notch (2) in location locking ring (3).2. Push the control lever fully downward to the end of its stroke. Tighten nut (5) to 80 N m (60 lb ft).3. Install fork (8) on cable (9).4. Screw sheath end fitting (12) into support (11). Adjust locknut (13) so that a 3 to 5 mm (.12 to .20 in) gap exists between locknut (13) and end fitting (17).5. Screw sheath end fitting (15) into support (10). Adjust locknut (13) so that a 3 to 5 mm (.12 to .20 in) gap exists between locknut (13) and end fitting (14).6. Install cable (9) through sheath (16).7. Connect fork (8) to location finger (1).8. With the control lever pushed fully down, push cable (9) through the lever and install cable lock (4).9. Pull the control lever upward and move the console to the extreme right. Make sure location finger (1) is fully located into the notch in locking ring (3). Adjust the cable length if necessary by screwing sheath end fittings (12) and (15). Move the console to the extreme left. Again make sure location finger (1) is fully located into the notch in locking ring (3).10. After the adjustment is correct, tighten locknuts (13) to 6 N m (54 lb ft).
