Front axle idler wheels.
1. Using a hand grease gun lubricate the fitting located in the center front drive axle. Total of two fittings, one on each front axle.
The hopper support must be in place before any service is performed below the hopper bed. Accidental lowering of the hopper on a person can cause severe injury.
Idler axle pillow blocks.
1. There are grease fittings mounted on both the inner and outer pillow blocks holding the idler axle to the frame. Total of two fittings.Vibrator weight assembly.
1. A pair of pillow blocks are used to support the vibrator weight and shaft. There is a total of two grease fittings which are greased with a hand grease gun.Jack pivot lubrication.
1. Apply oil to the jack pivot points. Total of four lubrication points.
Do not oil the jack post. Damage to the jack brake may occur.
Arm pivot lubrication.
1. Oil the arm pivots where the screed arm mounts to the screed. Total of two lubrication points.
