Start By:a. remove vibratory motorb. remove propel motor
Typical Example1. Place wooden blocks in front of and behind the other drum assembly.2. Raise the machine and position wooden blocks under both sides of the frame as shown.3. Remove two bolts (4) and the plate that hold the vibratory motor hoses in place on the back side of the support arm assembly.4. Attach a lifting strap and hoist to support arm assembly (1) as shown.5. Remove eight nuts (5) and the washers that fasten the support arm assembly to the rubber mounts.6. Remove four bolts (3), the washers, the nuts and shims (2), and remove support arm assembly (1) from the machine. The weight of the support arm assembly is 25 kg (55 lb).
Typical Example7. Remove six bolts (7) and the washers, and remove plate (6) from the support arm assembly.
Typical Example8. Remove retaining ring (9) and seal ring (8).
Typical Example9. Use Tool (A) to separate support (10) from support (11).
Typical Example10. If necessary, remove bearing (12) and seal ring (13) from support (10).
