start by:a) remove glow plugsb) remove fuel injection valves1. Drain the coolant from the radiator and cylinder block. 2. Remove precombustion chamber (1) with tool (A).Install Precombustion Chambers
1. Install a new O-ring seal (1) on the precombustion chamber (2).2. Put 5P3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads of the precombustion chamber.3. Install a 5M2667 gasket with "2C" on it on the precombustion chamber (3).4. Put liquid soap on both the bore in the cylinder head and on O-ring seal (1). Install the precombustion chamber in the cylinder head and tighten it to a torque of 205 14 N m (150 10 lb. ft.) with tool (A). If the glow plug hole does not stop in range (A), remove the precombustion chamber and gasket. 5. If the glow plug hole was in range (B), install a 2S8959 Gasket with "2S" on it. Install the chamber and tighten it to a torque of 205 14 N m (150 10 lb. ft.) with tool (A).6. If the glow plug hole was in range (C) install a 2S8960 gasket with "2X" on it.7. Install the precombustion chamber in the cylinder head and tighten it to a torque of 205 14 N m (150 10 lb. ft.) with tool (A).8. Fill the cooling system to the correct level with coolant.
