Adjusting the Seat
Note: Adjust the seat for a new operator or at the beginning of each shift.The operator should be seated against the seat backrest. Adjust the seat so that the operator is allowed full travel of the pedals.

The height of the seat is adjusted on this machine with an electric powered air pump.Seat Height Adjustment
Height Adjustment Control (2) - Lift height adjustment control handle (2) upward to raise the seat. Push down on height adjustment control handle (2) to lower the seat. Release the control handle at the desired seat height.Weight Adjustment
The operator weight adjustment is automatically controlled by adjusting the height of the seat. Observe weight adjustment indicator (1) on the front of the seat suspension. The seat is properly adjusted for the weight of the operator when the indicator shows a green color.Sit down in the operator seat. Then, lift height adjustment control handle (2), or push down on control handle, until the indicator shows a green color.Adjusting the Fore and Aft Position of the Seat (3)
Fore and Aft Adjustment (3) - Pull up fore and aft adjustment handle (3) to release the seat latch. Slide the seat forward or backward to the desired position. Release handle (3) in order to lock the seat in place.Adjusting the Seat Bottom Cushion (4) (5)
Seat Cushion Tilt Adjustment (4)
Seat Cushion Tilt Adjustment (4) - Lift handle (4) and raise or lower the front of the seat cushion to adjust the seat cushion angle. Release the handle to lock the front of the seat cushion in the desired position.Seat Cushion Depth Adjustment (5)
Seat Cushion Depth Adjustment (5) - Lift handle (5) and slide the seat cushion forward or rearward. Release the handle to lock the seat cushion in the desired position.Adjusting the Headrest (6)
Headrest Adjustment (6) - Grasp the headrest (6) with both hands. Lift on the headrest, or push down on the headrest, to move the headrest to the desired height. The headrest will remain located in one of several positions.Storage for the Operation and Maintenance Manual (7)
The Operation and Maintenance Manual is stored and secured in seat storage compartment (7) which is part of the seat back.Adjusting the Lumbar Support (8)
Adjustment for the Lumbar Support (8) - Knob (8) will rotate only in the counterclockwise direction. There are four positions in the rotation of the knob that will increase support for the lower back. After the maximum lumbar support is reached, the next knob rotation will reset back to minimum lumbar support setting. Continue rotation to select the desired level of lumbar support.Adjusting the Angle of the Back of the Seat (9)
Seat Back Angle Adjustment (9) - Lift handle (9) and allow the seat back to tilt forward or push back on the seat back
