Attach a suitable lifting device to the front section of auxiliary drive shaft (1). The weight of the front section of auxiliary drive shaft (1) is approximately 86 kg (190 lb).

Remove bolts (2) and the washers that secure the front section of auxiliary drive shaft (1) to the yoke on the front pump drive. Discard bolts (2). Do not reuse bolts (2) .

Remove bolts (3) and the washers that secure the front section of auxiliary drive shaft (1) to the yoke. Discard bolts (3). Do not reuse bolts (3) .
Remove clip (4) and clamp (5). Remove clip (6) and cable ties (7) .
Remove the front section of auxiliary drive shaft (1) from the yoke.

Remove bolt (8) and retainer (9) that secures yoke (10) to the rear section of the auxiliary drive shaft. Remove yoke (10) and the dirt guard from the rear section of the auxiliary drive shaft.

Disconnect grease hose assembly (11) from bearing retainer (12) .
Remove bolts (13) that secure bearing retainer (12) and the bearing cage to the center bracket assembly on the engine end frame.
Remove bearing retainer (12) and the bearing cage from the center bracket assembly on the engine end frame.

Disconnect harness assembly (14). Position harness assembly (14) to the side.
Remove nut (15) and push the harness assembly through retainer (16) on the cover.
Disconnect hose assemblies (17), (18), and (19) from manifold (20) .

Disconnect harness assembly (21). Remove clamp (22) from harness assembly (21) .

Remove retainer (16) and the gasket from cover (24) .
Remove bolts (25) and plate (26) from cover (24). Remove bolts (27). Remove manifold (20) and the O-ring seals from the transmission case.
Remove bolts (28) and cover (24) .

Remove bolt (29) and the plate from control valve (30) .
Attach Tooling (A) (not shown) to washer (31) .Note: DO NOT drop washer (31) into the transmission case.
Remove locking bolt (32) and washer (31) from control valve (30). Discard locking bolt (32) .Note: DO NOT reuse locking bolt (32) .

Remove sleeves (33) from control valve (30) .

Remove O-ring seals (34) from sleeve (33). Repeat the procedure for the remaining sleeve.

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to control valve (30). The weight of control valve (30) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb).
Remove bolts (35) and the washers that secure control valve (30) to the transmission.
Remove control valve (30) from the transmission.
