Remove cover (6).

Disconnect electrical connector (7) and ground wire (8).

Disconnect electrical connectors (9), (10) and (11).

Disconnect electrical wires (13), (14), (16) and electrical connector (15).
Disconnect ground wire (12) (not shown).
Remove two bolts (17), the clip and solenoid (18).

Remove hose assembly (19).
Disconnect hose assembly (20) (if equipped).
Disconnect hoses assemblies (21) and (22)
Disconnect hose assemblies (25) and (26). Note: Refrigerant hose assemblies (25) and (26) are air conditioner quick disconnect. The recovery process will not be necessary.
Disconnect six hose assemblies (23).
Disconnect three hose assemblies (24).

Position fittings (27) and (28) as shown.

Disconnect three hose assemblies (29).

Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to fender (31). The weight of fender (31) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb).
Remove seven bolts (30) and the nuts.
Remove fender (31).

Remove skirt (32) and cover (33).

Remove five bolts (34).

Install Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to cab (35). The weight of cab (35) is approximately 1390 kg (3064 lb).

Remove bolt (37) and pin assembly (36).
Repeat Step 24 for the pin assembly on the other side.
Remove cab (35).

Lower the cab to the ground. Support the cab.
Remove three bolts (38), three caps (39) and three mounts (40).

Remove the cab from mount assembly (42).
Remove three mounts (41) from mount assembly (42).
