Connect hose assemblies (21) for the implements to the fittings on the bottom of the cab.

Connect hose assembly (20) to the manifold on the engine end frame. Connect hose assembly (19) to the fitting on the bottom of the cab. Connect hose assembly (18) to the steering neutralizer valve. Connect hose assembly (17) to the steering neutralizer valve.

Connect hose (16) to the nipple assembly. Tighten clamp (15) that secures hose (16) to the nipple assembly for the heating system. Connect hose (14) to the nipple assembly. Tighten clamp (13) that secures hose (14) to the nipple assembly for the heating system.

Position the grounding strap to the support for the cab on the left side. Install the bolt and the grounding strap to the support.
Lightly lubricate the seals for hose assemblies (11) and (9) for the air conditioning system with refrigerant oil. Connect hose assembly (11) to coupling (12). Connect hose assembly (9) to coupling (10) .
Personal injury or death can result when charging an air conditioning system with a liquid.The compressor will pump the refrigerant back into the charging cylinder with the possibility of rupturing (exploding) the cylinder.Do not operate the engine when charging with a liquid. Never charge liquid or gas through the discharge (high side of the system) with the engine running.Keep all other personnel either away from the machine or where they can be seen when working on the air conditioning system.
Evacuate the air conditioning system. Charge the air conditioning system. Refer to Service Manual, "Air Conditioning And Heating Systems With R-134a Refrigerant" for the appropriate procedure.

Position electrical connector (6) to the bracket assembly on the back of the cab. Install nut (8) that secures electrical connector (6) to the bracket assembly on the back of the cab.

Connect harness assemblies (7) at the electrical connectors on the bracket assembly on the cab. Connect wiring harness (5) at electrical connector (6) on the bracket assembly on the cab.

Tighten drain plug (4) in order to fill the cooling system. Tighten drain plug (3) in order to fill the radiator. Fill the cooling system.

Refer to Operation and Maintenance, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the appropriate procedure to fill the cooling system.

Replace drain plugs (2). Tighten drain plugs (2) to a torque of 68 7 N m (50 5 lb ft).
Fill the hydraulic tanks for the steering and brake system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance, "Steering and Brake System Oil - Change" for the correct procedure to fill the hydraulic tanks. Refer to Operation and Maintenance,
