2. Disconnect the linkage (3) from governor and from bracket (2).3. Remove the five bolts (4) and shield (1).4. Remove grille behind pumps. 5. Disconnect oil outlet line (5) from pump.6. Disconnect drain line (6) from pump. 7. Disconnect oil inlet line (8) from pump.8. Disconnect signal pressure lines (7) from pump. 9. Fasten a hoist to the pump, and remove the two bolts (10).10. Remove the rear axial piston pump (9). The weight of pump is 250 lb. (113 kg).Install Axial Piston Pump (Rear)
1. Fasten a hoist and put the pump (1) in position on the machine. Install the two bolts that hold pump in place. 2. Connect the two signal pressure lines (4) and oil inlet line (3) to bottom of pump.3. Connect the drain line (2) to top of pump.4. Fill the rear pump with SAE 10 hydraulic oil.
Do not start the engine without first filling the pump with oil.
5. Connect oil outlet line (5) to top of pump.6. Install grille behind pump. 7. Put shield (6) in position on pump drive, and install the five bolts (7). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 100 10 lb.ft. (13.8 1.4 mkg).8. Connect the linkage (9) to the bracket (8) and to governor.9. Fill the hydraulic tank with oil.
