Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install screen (34), valve seat (30), valve (33), spring (32), spring (29), retainer (28) and lock nut (31) to tube assembly (27). Depress and hold retainer (28) by hand whilst installing lock nut (31). Tighten lock nut (31) to a torque of 80 5 N m (60 4 lb ft).

Install the O-ring seal to tube assembly (27) .
Install tube assembly (27) .

Install screen (25) and two lock nuts (26) .

Install screen assembly (22), plate (23) and lock nut (24) to tube assembly (19). Tighten lock nut (24) to a torque of 20 5 N m (15 4 lb ft).
Repeat Step 5 for tube assemblies (20) and (21) .

Install the O-ring seals to tube assemblies (19), (20) and (21) .
Install tube assemblies (19), (20) and (21) .

Install Tooling (A) to the hydraulic tank. Cross the ends of Tooling (A) at the top of the opening.

Install cover assembly (18) and 47 bolts (17) .

Install four O-ring seals (16) and two bolts (13) to sight gauge (14) .

Install sight gauge (14) and two bolts (13) as an assembly. Tighten bolts (13) to a torque of 7 1 N m (62 9 lb in).
Repeat Step 11 and Step 12 for sight gauge (15) .

Install filter assembly (12) and four bolts (11) .
