1. Attach a hoist and a suitable lifting sling to fuel tank (8). Position fuel tank (8), as shown. The weight of the fuel tank is 380 kg (838 lb). 2. Install four bolts (10), the nuts and the washers. 3. Install four bolts (9) and the washers. 4. Connect electrical connector (7).
View from Under the Fuel Tank5. Close drain valve (3). 6. Connect fuel hose assemblies (4), (5) and (6). 7. Open valves (1) and (2).8. Open the valve in the fuel tank on the other side of the machine.9. Fill the fuel tank. The capacity of the fuel tank is 450 L (119 US gal).10. Prime the fuel system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Fuel System - Prime" for the machine that is being serviced. End By:a. Install the fender. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fender - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.b. Separate the steering frame lock.
