( 1 ) Part is for a one-piece boom.Installation Procedure
There is a different installation of the grease line between the stick cylinder and the fore boom pin on some machines. It is possible that the installed tube was shorter than grease tube (3). Use the information below for the installation of the replacement grease tube.

Check the position of block (A) at the boom. Use Illustration 1 and Table 2 to determine the correct location. If block (A) is not in the correct location remove block (A) and reweld block (A) in the location that is shown.

Install the grease tube (3) .
Route grease hose (7) through the clearance between the cylinder eye and the boom. Then route the hose around the cylinder eye to the fitting that is on top of the cylinder eye. Turn fitting (10) toward grease hose (7) .Note: A draft of block (A) is shown because this is not a replacement part.
