1. Lift the boom and move the stick in or out until bucket (3) is in position shown. Lower the bucket to the ground.2. Remove the bolts, bars, and spacers that hold pins (1) and (2) in place.3. Remove pin (2) from the bucket and link.4. Remove pin (1) and the two washers from the bucket and stick. 5. Lift the boom until the stick and link are clear of the bucket. The weight of the different buckets go from a minimum of 1040 lb. (472 kg) to a maximum of 1600 lb. (726 kg).Install Bucket
1. Put the bucket in position under the stick. Lower the boom until the bore in the stick is in alignment with the bore in the bucket. Put 5P960 Molybdenum Grease on the bores for the pins. 2. Put washers (1) in position and install pin (2). 3. Install pin (4) in the link.4. Put bars (3) in position. Install the bolts and spacers that hold the pins in place.
